  1. WHAT IS NEW IN ECTOOL 3.10 VERSION

  4. o Added MULTILINGUAL internal support. At this moment the languages
  5.   included are

  18. o Added command line parameter to manage several user profiles
  19.  
  20.     -USER:<UserProfile> (not use the "< >")

  22.   You can setup as many profiles as you wish, each one
  23.   with their independent configuration.

  25.   To create a profile do the following :

  27.     1) Create a new Direct Access in your ECTOOL
  28.            folder, or create a copy of your existing
  29.            Direct Access.
  30.     2) Open the properties editor and set destina
  31.        tion as:

  33.         c:\ectool\ectool32.exe -user:example
  34.  
  35.        This will create a new user profile called
  36.            "example".

  38. o Fixed a incosistence in initial White pieces position. Now it
  39.   is always at bottom in new games or importing from PGN files.
  40.   Is this because your existing games will appear reversed.
  41.   Don't worry, click the "Reverse board" button and save the game.
  42.   Sometimes it is not so bad to see the game from your opponent's
  43.   point of view :)

  45. o The "clone" method is now more consistent. A new game window is
  46.   create with the same data than the original, but with the
  47.   "modified" flag active. Now you cannot clone a modified and
  48.   unsaved game. The objetive is to simplify similar entries,
  49.   how when you set up a new complete tournament.

  51. o Added a menu option : Help>ECTOOL DOC file. Launchs the file
  52.   ECTOOL.DOC, that is available in ENGLISH and SPANISH at this
  53.   moment.Due technical reasons, the main Help file will remain
  54.   in english

  56. o When merging games in a single message the subject line and
  57.   attachments list are "additive". Also the message editor window
  58.   doesn't lose the focus.

  60. o "Pegasus Mail (tm)" button added to Message Editor. Clicking this
  61.   button the messages will be sent trough this powerful and free
  62.   email client. WARNING : you might have the mailbox directory
  63.   as a subdirectory of your Pegasus main directory. Test this feature
  64.   until you are sure it runs in your system.

  66. o Importing PGN records, the fields :

  84. o The Chess Diagram can be copied to Clipboard or saved to a BMP
  85.   file.

  87. o The current game can be saved as PGN to a disk file or to the
  88.   clipboard, using the PGN button.

  90. o You can select more than one file to OPEN and DELETE in the
  91.   Select Game Dialog.

  93. o You can configure the background color and if the main window
  94.   must begin or not maximized.

  96. o Shorcuts have been added to most of the menu options

  98. o Tile command was not operative and has been removed

  100. o Added a Month+Year caption to Calendar Dialog

  102. o The registered name appears in the tools panel in main window.
